Timed writing...

Through the experience of project three, I was able to receive a lot of useful advise from many people such as my friends, my family, classmates, an unknown person who gave us the example, and professor. Without their help, it was impossible to create and finish this last project in this class. Not only I learned about how to write a letter to the organizations I chose but also I was able to experience to feel human’s warmness through project three.

I probably was not able to pass a trial to work on project three without any advice that a lot of people gave me because I encountered difficulties to think what I was going to write a letter about and what teaching plan I would have for fifth graders. Since I was in trouble to come up with the idea of letter, I really needed someone to advise me. One day, when I walked in to the classroom and sat down on the same spot as usual, my professor gave me the example of letter that someone wrote before. And during the class on that day, she talked about many helpful things so that I could finally start writing three letters to the organizations. As Campbell said in his book, these advises were Supernatural Aids to me. According to Campbell, guardians are the people who enable a hero to pass a danger with amulets and these figures have the guiding power. In my case, guardians are the professor and an unknown person who wrote a letter before, and they gave me, a hero, amulets to save me from failing this class. So, I do not think that I would be able to finish writing letters without the Supernatural Aids.

I also was suffering to create a teaching plan for my project three. Since so, I called my mother that I suffered so much and needed what she thought. Even she only said a few thing about my teaching plan, she was also my Supernatural Aid and gave me a good idea. After the conversation between us, I next talked to my friends and they were very eager to think what would be the best plan. They, too, gave me some useful advises and I finally decided what I was going to create; a board game. After I finished making it, I showed it to my friends who helped me and they were very impressed what I achieved. Also, I called my mother that I was able to create a board game for my teaching plan because of my friends, and she was very proud of me. Then I felt like returning with the Elixir which Vogler explained. I was in a special world to create a teaching plan and I finished it with having something powerful that I could tell everybody proudly. In fact, all people I told about it were proud of what I have done.

In conclusion, I faced many difficulties to do the project three. However, I was able to pass these trials because of the amulets from human hearts and through this experience, I felt that I returned to the Ordinary World with having Elixir.
